My Approach to Supporting Clients

I’ve been in rooms where my story was viewed through a single lens. Body without soul, faith without science — it misses the point and feels disheartening. My hope is to help clients feel more integrated through a collaborative approach that considers the whole person - mind, body, and spirit.

I’ve received feedback that my style is warm, authentic, and direct - that clients appreciate me being real with them and saying the hard things with genuine care. I also like to incorporate humor and provide clients with tangible skills/tools.

Hi, I’m Bri

I’m a Texas native and Littleton
local alongside my husband and our two goofy golden retrievers. I have a passion for helping women and couples heal from the wounds holding them back from living fully alive. My own journey of healing through counseling and soul care inspired me to become a beacon of hope and encouragement for others. I’ve had to navigate many of the same challenges as my clients, so I’m able to walk alongside them not only with understanding and training but from a place of lived experience and freedom.
