Your brain has a default route — patterns it follows automatically based on years of experience, stress, and learned responses. For a lot of people, that route runs straight through anxiety, scattered focus, or a nervous system that never quite settles. The destination isn't where you want to go, but the brain keeps going there anyway because it's what it knows.

Neurofeedback works like a GPS recalibration for your brain. Using an EEG headset and an app on your phone, it reads your brain's activity in real time and gently signals when you've drifted off course — while you watch a show, listen to music, or play a game. Minimal effort is required. Your brain picks up on the feedback and starts finding better routes on its own. Over time, those new routes become the default.

It's not medication. It’s not something being done to you, and it doesn’t require the degree of commitment that quality therapy demands. It's your brain learning better default routes — with the right signals to guide it there.


Important: Neurofeedback is a brain training tool, not a medical treatment, and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Neurofeedback training by itself does not establish a therapist–client relationship. If clinical symptoms or other concerns arise during training, we will pause the program and discuss whether counseling or a referral to another provider is appropriate.

    This is how I build your personalized training program. Not a generic template — a plan built around your brain specifically.

    The brain mapping cost includes your qEEG assessment plus a 30-minute call where we’ll walk through your results together. A commitment to training is not required to get your brain mapped — some people are just curious to see their brain activity!

    Muse 2 (classic)
    A proven, accessible starting point. EEG-based neurofeedback with real-time brainwave tracking.

    Best for: Getting started at a lower upfront investment with tried-and-true equipment.

    Muse S Athena (upgraded)
    The most advanced wearable neurofeedback headset. Combines EEG and fNIRS sensors — measuring electrical brain activity and blood flow simultaneously. Includes sleep tracking.

    Best for: Those wanting more comprehensive data and/or enhanced wearability.

    Between sessions, I'm monitoring your dashboard, reviewing your data, and adjusting your protocol as your brain responds. Premium clients also receive a biweekly check-in to review progress together.
